Sales Executive

Job Description

The potential candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales targets for a telecomms related position.

  • Perform as the primary contact point for sales opportunities for the assigned customer base.
  • Foster a strong business relationship with the appropriate contacts within the assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain account plans for SME customers.
  • Develop a current year sales plan for attaining revenue targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare quotations and sales information for customers.
  • Provide customer training and demonstrations as when necessary.
  • Capture data on all customers dealt with and populate CRM with that information
  • Maintain all standards relating to safety, on the job training and productivity.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Advanced word and excel skills preferable.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience in direct sales.
  • The job holder must have their own transportation.
