The potential candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly and annual sales targets for a telecomms related position.
- Perform as the primary contact point for sales opportunities for the assigned customer base.
- Foster a strong business relationship with the appropriate contacts within the assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain account plans for SME customers.
- Develop a current year sales plan for attaining revenue targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare quotations and sales information for customers.
- Provide customer training and demonstrations as when necessary.
- Capture data on all customers dealt with and populate CRM with that information
- Maintain all standards relating to safety, on the job training and productivity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Advanced word and excel skills preferable.
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years’ experience in direct sales.
- The job holder must have their own transportation.
