We’re looking for confident, self-driven individuals with experience to join our team. The potential candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure throughout our company and client network.
- Providing end-user support in the form of site visits and incoming calls.
- Resolving issues arising in the ticketing support system.
- Configuring Servers, PCs, printers, phones (including mobiles).
- Troubleshooting/Installing, updating and repairing hardware/software.
- Logging problems and documenting fixes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Remain involved and current on new and emerging technologies.
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position.
- The job holder must have their own transportation.
